Do I have to be in Boulder?

Only for in-person and hybrid. Online clients are everywhere — most of my online roster is outside Colorado.

What if my sport is something weird?

I've coached runners, climbers, cyclists, skiers, hikers, paddlers, and a few cross-country mushers. Tell me your sport and I'll build for it.

I'm post-injury. Can you work with me?

Often, yes. I work alongside PTs and sports docs regularly. Tell me what your provider is saying and we'll see if I can pick up where they leave off.

How fast will I see results?

Strength gains and movement quality improve in 2–4 weeks. Sport performance benefits usually show up at 6–8 weeks if you're consistent.

Can I pause for races or expeditions?

Yes. Up to 30 days a year for online and hybrid clients with no charge.

Do you do nutrition coaching?

Light nutrition is included — protein and habits. For deeper nutrition or fueling for sport, I refer to a sports dietitian.
